Impuesto de Primaria y exoneraci\u00f3n de la CIR<\/span><\/p>\n

Sr. Productor CALIMA comunica a sus productores rurales propietarios de menos de 200 HAS coneat 100, que hasta el 29\/4\/2016 hay plazo para tramitar exoneraci\u00f3n de las primeras 50 HAS de la contribuci\u00f3n inmobiliaria rural ante la Intendencia o Municipio que corresponda.<\/p>\n

Es condici\u00f3n excluyente para ello tener el registro de Productor Familiar vigente y adem\u00e1s presentar el certificado del mismo que se debe imprimir de la p\u00e1gina web del MGAP en la secci\u00f3n: DESARROLLO RURAL_PRINCIPAL_CERTIFICADO DE PRODUCTOR FAMILIAR.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le informamos que si explotan a cualquier t\u00edtulo menos de 300 HAS coneat 100 no deben aportar el impuesto de primaria rural. Si no lo han hecho verificar con su gestor\u00eda o contador la situaci\u00f3n particular de cada uno de sus padrones con respecto a dicho impuesto.<\/p>\n
